These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of honey + sin designs's Website, located at https://honeyandsin.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use honey + sin designs if you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
honey + sin designs Pre-designed Cover Purchase Policy:
Payment must be made in full at checkout and covers will be delivered manually (not available for immediate download) by honey +sin designs.
The pre-designed cover form MUST be filled out at : https://forms.gle/1ddcKmKVMu8hsoSY8
All pre-designed covers will only be sold once.
All pre-designed cover purchases are final and non-refundable.
Pre-designed covers can be held by the designer if the client is not ready with the final details (page count, blurb, etc.).
By purchasing a pre-designed cover (ebook and/or full wrap), you agree to the above terms.
honey + sin designs Custom Cover Purchase Policy:
All custom cover bookings MUST be requested at : https://forms.gle/NDoSicP8bxjEKXh16
50% of your total invoice (sent separately) is due as a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and commence the design process. Until your deposit is received, your requested dates are NOT confirmed and design work will not get underway.
The balance of your invoice must be paid IN FULL before the final files are delivered.
The blurb, final page count, and trim size MUST be provided by the author before the final full-wrap files are delivered.
Two (2) revisions are included with the Main Squeeze, Swinger, and Side Piece packages. Five (5) revisions are included with the Menage package. Any further revisions will be charged at a rate of $35/hr USD.
Micromanaging and/or bullying will NOT be tolerated and may result in your booking being canceled. If this occurs, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
If you have specific images you would like used in your cover, the images themselves as well as proof of purchase and licensing MUST be provided.
Payment plans may be possible and must be discussed and agreed upon PRIOR to booking.
Custom cover purchases are final and non-refundable.
Your purchase DOES NOT include PSD files, layered or otherwise. If you would like to discuss the limited possibility of receiving them, please contact me directly to discuss pricing.
Copyright on covers is maintained by honey + sin designs. Any changes to the covers MUST be done by honey + sin designs.
By purchasing any custom cover, you agree to the above terms.
honey + sin designs Graphic Purchase Policy:
All graphic bookings MUST be requested at : https://forms.gle/dSFK9t62C9nU49mU7
30% of your total invoice (sent separately) is due as a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and commence the design process. Until your deposit is received, your requested dates are NOT reserved and design work will not get underway.
The balance of your invoice must be paid IN FULL before the final files are delivered.
All graphic purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any graphic(s), you agree to the above terms.
honey + sin designs General Policy:
Any image delivered by honey + sin designs is not to be altered by anyone except honey + sin designs. Additional charges may apply for any changes after final approval has been given by the client. These changes will begin at $35/hr USD (minimum charge) and may increase depending on the complexity of the request and the number of files to be changed. This service is available for six (6) months after the final file delivery.
Cancellation after booking but before work has started will result in no further charges beyond the initial non-refundable deposit. If work has already started, a pro-rated amount based on how much of the project has been completed will be billed to client.
Full rights of all original designs are maintained by honey + sin designs. Designs and their concept, including layout, image style, coloring, placement, and fonts aren't permitted to be recreated or altered by another person without express written permission from honey + sin designs. honey + sin designs will add any graphics or covers designed to our portfolio, but only after said graphics or covers have been revealed by the client.
honey + sin offers FLAT files for audio at standard cost. These are NOT .psd files. If audiobook publishers/publishers require .psd files, associated costs will be discussed with the publisher directly.
honey + sin designs requires attribution in the form of a cover design credit, whether on the cover or inside on the copyright page. Cover design by Samantha Lovelock at honey + sin designs OR Cover Design by honey + sin designs
honey + sin designs is not liable for damages of any kind, including loss of revenues, profits, business, reputation, or data, in any way related to our graphic design services. We are not responsible for any claim, loss, or injury based on errors or inaccuracies appearing on our site or in our clients’ written documents once the final files have been approved.
If life causes a project delivery delay (i.e. family emergency, act of nature, act of war, etc.) honey + sin designs will contact the client by email/phone/messenger in order to discuss and agree to a new project completion date.
honey + sin designs Code of Fair Practice:
honey + sin designs acknowledges that to the best of their knowledge, the work prepared is an original creation and has not been previously published, and/or consent to use has been obtained on an unlimited basis. The work prepared does not contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter. honey + sin designs products may not be used in any way that may infringe upon the rights of others.
Acceptance of Terms:
honey + sin designs and the client knowledge acceptance of these terms by booking and payment of the initial deposit. By acknowledging this contract, the client agrees to hold honey + sin designs entirely free from any liability, including financial. This agreement is the entire agreement of all parties. no additional promises or conditions, written or oral, apply to this agreement that are not included herein. upon delivery of final files, this agreement is considered fulfilled.
